What security measures are in place?

Buoyancy takes the security of your sensitive information very seriously. 

Buoyancy uses physical, procedural, and technical safeguards to protect your information. We regularly back up your data to prevent data loss and aid in recovery. We host data on Amazon Web Services (AWS) which maintains a state-of-the-art security infrastructure. 

All traffic Buoyancy traffic is encrypted over https. All user passwords are stored salted and encrypted in our database; other user data is encrypted at rest.
